Arriving at the “Battery” from the Staten Island Ferry
Buildings of the World Financial Center
From the Governor’s Island Ferry, a surreal High “HDR” landscape view of Lower Manhattan
On Governor’s Island
Of Governor’s Island (left) with the sun playing on three major East River suspension bridges beyond. Can you name them, and the large building to the left?

These are really wonderful photos . . . And that quite a compliment coming from a Philly person! Really, though, lovely pics of the Big Apple!
Thanks, Maggie. It WAS a beautiful day. Philadelphia has a lot of photographic treasure as well, which I hope to explore a little later this year. M
To continue our conversation from the other day…Brooklyn, Manhattan and the illusive Williamsburgh Bridge. And the building is the Citi Tower in Long Island City, Queen. Deceptive from the angle as it appears to be in Manhattan. Great pics..as usual…
You are absolutely correct!
Great photo report presenting gorgeous architecture.
Thanks. The city can be pretty awesome!
