Beautiful scene and interesting visual.
I was going to suggest something clever for the second one (like: it’s a trailer hitching post; people used to tie up their trailers there before heading into the saloon for a drink) but I couldn’t come up with anything really clever.
Very tranquil sunset, and interesting that you took it o Sunrise Drive… can you see the Sunrise in the opposite direction in the morning? I have no idea what the second photo is, but it makes an good reflection.
Good to hear from you again, Maggie. Yes, Sunrise Blvd. curves around to an open view of Barnegat Bay, over which the sun rises. I don’t know what the framework was to be in Kennebunkport harbor either, but it looked interesting for a photo some years ago. M 🙂
